Why Choose Murphy Home Inspections?

Every home inspection comes with a 90-day warranty from American Home Warranty Company. AHW covers mechanical damage up to $500 and structural damage up to $2000, if something that was in working condition breaks down within 90 days of closing. 

Most inspections start between 3:00-4:00 M-F and I have flexible scheduling on weekends. I do this because I do not want my clients to miss work in order to attend the inspection. I want it as convenient as possible for clients to be present at the inspections. This is the best time to learn about your home and any defects that may be present. 

With every home inspection, clients receive a free 3 ring binder to keep their inspection report. The report has a picture of your home for the front cover. Along with the binder, clients receive a copy of the Homeowners Handbook, an 80 page, full color guide to owning your own home. A copy of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors 'Standards of Practice' and 'Code of Ethics' is also included.
